Purpose of the app
What is RedPandaClean?
RedPandaClean is an iPhone cleanup and organization app for people who want to free storage and reduce digital clutter. It helps users review and manage duplicate or similar photos, screenshots, large videos, duplicate contacts, old or duplicate calendar events, and optional connected email accounts. Every cleanup action is selected and confirmed by the user.

Find duplicate contacts and review old, duplicate, or unwanted calendar events. Records change only after you select and confirm an action.
On-device privacy
Photo, video, contact, calendar, and email cleanup data is processed on your device. RedPandaClean operates no server that receives your photo, video, or connected-email content.
Optional connected-email cleanup
Email cleanup, only when you connect an account
Email connection is optional. The current App Store version supports QQ Mail, 163 Mail, and iCloud Mail using provider-issued authorization codes or app-specific passwords. You select an account, review cleanup categories, and decide whether selected messages are archived or moved to Trash.
- User-controlled cleanup: The app groups likely cleanup messages, such as older verification codes, promotions, updates, and social notifications. It does not move or delete messages automatically.
- Privacy protection: Email metadata is processed locally on your device for cleanup purposes. RedPandaClean does not ask for your normal provider password, operate an email server, sell email data, or use connected-email data for advertising.
Gmail availability: Gmail Inbox Cleanup is an
optional feature currently completing Google’s Data Access review.
It will be enabled in a later App Store update after that review is
complete. When available, RedPandaClean will use Google OAuth and
the gmail.modify permission only to provide the
user-facing cleanup actions described below. Read the
Google API Disclosure in our Privacy Policy.
Gmail data accessed
Only after you connect Gmail and choose to scan, the app accesses your Gmail address and selected message metadata: message and thread IDs, sender, subject, date, and unsubscribe-header availability. Message content is retrieved only when you open an on-device, read-only preview.
How it is used
RedPandaClean groups messages into user-facing cleanup categories. It can archive selected messages or move them to Gmail Trash only after your confirmation. It does not permanently delete Gmail messages.
How it is protected
RedPandaClean never receives your Google password. OAuth tokens stay in the iOS Keychain, Gmail data is not sent to a RedPandaClean server, and Google user data is never used for advertising or analytics.
Availability
Free to download, with an optional ad-free plan
The free version includes all current cleanup features and advertising. Ad-Free Monthly is an optional auto-renewable subscription for $1.99 USD per month (or the equivalent price shown by Apple in your storefront). It removes ads only; it does not unlock or restrict cleanup features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. You can restore purchases from the app’s Subscription screen.
